A memory of childhood ... any chance that I get, I come here to be with my favorite creature of nature.

A lot of reviews complain about the pricing, but really it's not so expensive when you compare it to the Wildlife Habitat across the street.(which had only a few animals and was nearly $60 for myself, wife, and 2 yr old). In comparison this was $30 for the three of us and a cup of feed. Yes next year we will have to pay for her when she is 3, but for $40 at that point it still feels like a much better value.....ESPECIALLY through the eyes of a child.

Go when the park first opens!! The deer are more active then. The only thing I would do differently is to have bought more feed up front. We tried to be frugal with the food we had, but the deer are pretty intent on getting it once they realize which patrons have food. They will walk around with you. Some will stay in their little protected area and others will be a little reserved.

Some reviews also talked about how the deer looked and some were upset they were in such a small space. Most of the park isn't accessible to visitors and is where they deer can run around and such without human interaction. Also most people just don't understand that deer can look that way as they shed coats throughout the year.

We will definitely go again!

Such a nice place! It's great for kids and adults. Very clean and nice variety of animals. I would defiantly recommend this place.

SO calming...peaceful and just wonderful!

We took our children here the last time we were at the Dells, about 8 years ago, and for our 27th wedding anniversary, just the two of us, this was the FIRST stop!

Truly a 'Must Do' on your trip to the Dells!

Usually the little ones talk use into do this at least 1 time every summer. It really is overpriced and the have to buy all the feed for the animals on top of it. Only positive is your right there with the animals touching and feeding them. Better for little kids then the teenager.
