This is a new attraction in Wausau. It is currently free to the public while it is being developed. It will eventually offer pay options. This is a beautiful place with great trails for seeing the gardens and watching wildlife. This is a great place to get away from it all. I highly recommend it any time of year. The walking paths are great for snowshoeing in the winter.

We needed a place to go that was cheap and quiet. This place was cheap because it was free to get in and was open from dusk to dawn. This place was quiet because is of decent size and there was not a lot of people visiting. We were able to walk around looking at the different plants and were able to enjoy conversations with family we have not seen in a while. Daughter loved all of the different gardens, the tree house, and trying to catch a glimpse of the rabbits that made this garden home. The only negative is that a lot of the plants are still not in bloom and some of the area is still not finished.

Lots to walk around an check out and very relaxing. I can see coming here again and again as I suspect you find and see new things each time. You feel very connected to nature as you walk around and there are lots of places to just sit and take it all in. Very nice place.

This place continues to grow and add more sites. Great place year round to walk and enjoy nature. Flat ground so easy to navigate for any age. Recently added outdoor kitchen looks like it would be available to reserve for party or gather. Peaceful place to enjoy being outdoors!

Thanks for visiting. The kitchen has had many uses by Garden groups as well as outside organizations. Small meetings as well. Glad you enjoyed the Gardens.

Beautiful garden to visit. Easter egg hunt is a very busy happy time. The best part is everyone has a chance to find eggs and all kids get the same prize. It is a not early birds get the best or more.

The egg hunt is on despite the loss of some of our tall pines from Sunday's storm.
