Booked us in here when planning a special weekend away for my partner's birthday, so we were close to the Silverstone Circuit. It was perfect and certainly exceeds expectations when it comes to B&Bs. The house is beautiful, our bedroom and ensuite were, large, very clean and had lots of little extras that are more likely found in a hotel room. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in making her guests comfortable. Lovely crisp cotton bedding, soft pillows and plenty of towels. Having spent a day watching motor racing we were chilly when we arrived, but a warm welcome, a nice hot bath and a mug of hot chocolate were just what we needed. In the evening we went to a nearby restaurant, The Folly Inn for dinner, which was very nice and just a short drive away. The cooked breakfast was plentiful and fresh fruit from the garden and some homemade jam for the toast, were a real treat. We'll certainly be booking again when we are next in the area.

The one small thing we found a little strange was that there was no lock on the inside of our bedroom door, or any sign on the outside. So that it would be quite easy to walk into another room, or have someone come in to yours by mistake, as there were several doors exactly the same along the corridor. That said we had a extremely comfortable night, with no concerns.

The Coach House is a charming B&B offering a very warm welcome (from Sarah and her 2 friendly Labradors), and a delicious, wholesome breakfast that keeps you going all day! It is set in a peaceful, rural location yet very close to Silverstone and Towcester - highly recommended!

A completely pleasurable stay - great facilities, beautiful setting and Sarah has created a wonderfully, warm and comfortable place to stay. My room was immaculate, the views stunning and was left feeling a million miles aways from the hubbub of the M1, even thought its not that far away. Many thanks for making me feel so welcome.

Room Tip: Just call Sarah and she will make sure your every need is catered for.

Despite it being a miserable November day, this property still looked stunning. It lived up to every previous 5 star rating review - excellent rooms, immaculate throughout, super breakfast. A warm welcome from Sarah and the dogs, and nothing was too much trouble. It's just terrific.

Sarah's home is around a lovely courtyard setting and when we arrived for our three day stay it was great to relax there with tea and biscuits in the sunshine amid the flowers and shrubs. Our bedroom was tastefully decorated with a large en-suite, instant hot water and lots of nice smelly things. Sarah took us on a tour of the house and every room is beautifully finished and even the large, china, cherry decorated dog bowl in the kitchen was certainly a bit special! We were given our own key and the use of a very spacious and comfortable lounge.

Breakfasts were substantial, including our favourite fried bread, but Sarah also provided an excellent selection of cereals with raspberries from the garden and creamy yoghurt. All of this kept us going until our evening meal! Sarah recommended The Folly near Towcester and we enjoyed two wonderful meals there, but it's best to book an early meal around 6pm'ish as it gets very busy later on.

One of our problems when booking was finding accomodation with space for two cars as we were taking our classic Merc down to an auction in Silverstone. But Sarah very kindly found space for our car in her large garage around the back of the house, so the vehicle had a warm, cosy B&B too!

We enjoyed Sarah's hospitality very much indeed and, after the stress of a successful sale at the auction, a relaxing few days in her delightful home.
