Despite it being a miserable November day, this property still looked stunning. It lived up to every previous 5 star rating review - excellent rooms, immaculate throughout, super breakfast. A warm welcome from Sarah and the dogs, and nothing was too much trouble. It's just terrific.

Sarah's home is around a lovely courtyard setting and when we arrived for our three day stay it was great to relax there with tea and biscuits in the sunshine amid the flowers and shrubs. Our bedroom was tastefully decorated with a large en-suite, instant hot water and lots of nice smelly things. Sarah took us on a tour of the house and every room is beautifully finished and even the large, china, cherry decorated dog bowl in the kitchen was certainly a bit special! We were given our own key and the use of a very spacious and comfortable lounge.

Breakfasts were substantial, including our favourite fried bread, but Sarah also provided an excellent selection of cereals with raspberries from the garden and creamy yoghurt. All of this kept us going until our evening meal! Sarah recommended The Folly near Towcester and we enjoyed two wonderful meals there, but it's best to book an early meal around 6pm'ish as it gets very busy later on.

One of our problems when booking was finding accomodation with space for two cars as we were taking our classic Merc down to an auction in Silverstone. But Sarah very kindly found space for our car in her large garage around the back of the house, so the vehicle had a warm, cosy B&B too!

We enjoyed Sarah's hospitality very much indeed and, after the stress of a successful sale at the auction, a relaxing few days in her delightful home.

Company booked us into this B&B for an overnight stay...couldn't have chosen better ourselves.

Delightful setting, welcoming owner & comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was served at a time to suit and we spent over an hour chatting to the owner.

Loved the courtyard setting and would definitely return to stay again.

My friend and I were bought tickets for the Moto GP at Silverstone and while looking on the internet for a place to stay I found the Coach House. What a great find it was! Sarah is very friendly & welcoming, the house, rooms and gardens are superb, and the breakfasts really set us up for the day. Sarah also gave us her short cut directions to the circuit which cut out all the queues.
I would definitely book again.

Felt at home from the minute I walked through the door. Lovely rooms and intérieur. It's the little extras that make the Difference.
Only wish I had had the time to enjoy the wonderful Garden. Would definitely choose to stay there again and recommend The Coach House to anyone needing accommodation in that area. Sarah is a great hostess and her two dogs are lovely. Juergen Knees.

Room Tip: Any room is lovely!
