Excited to arrive for our 2nd visit, we arrived on the Thursday evening hoping that this stay would be as first class as our previous one. We were not disappointed. It was like returning home! Only this time there was a special addition as Sarah's Lab (who was just about pregnant on our first visit) had her lovely puppy with her too!
Sarah is a great host. She certainly ensures your stay is a very comfortable one. Her home is beautiful and when describing the 'B & B' that we stayed at to friends it is difficult to paint the picture. Sarah's home is no average B & B!!
From the special touches in our bedroom (fresh milk for hot drinks, bottled water & beautiful scented sweet peas, to name a few) to the lovely comfy bed, scrummy breakfast and wonderful gardens, everything was perfect!
Again, the short cut to the circuit was brilliant. So nice to be able to have breakfast at a civilised time and to arrive at the circuit without any hassle.
We shared our stay with some lovely guests, all adding to the perfect break away.

All booked again for next year - can't wait :)

Room Tip: Rooms are on the ground floor with gorgeous views of the garden. Lovely scented flowers surround the...

We spent two nights at The Coach House whilst attending The Silverstone Classic and it more thanexceeded our expectations. The Coach House is a beautiful family home and our room was very tastefully decorated with everything we could possible need including hairdryer and straighteners, bottles of water and fresh milk for our tea and coffee and toiletries in the bathroom.
Sara's breakfast was excellent in fact it was the best breakfast I have ever had in a B&B!
We would definitely stay again Sara is lovely and so are her two dogs!

Just back from F1 and we are quite sure that we wouldn't have enjoyed the weekend as much if we hadn't stayed here. Lovely room, overlooking the garden, with easy access to a lovely patio area. The gardens are beautifully kept, at this lovely home. A labour of love is how we'd describe it. Sarah makes a wonderful breakfast, which keeps you going throughout the day. Easy access to Silverstone. We'll be back to take in some more of this truly relaxing and beautiful place.

We just had a one night stop over at the Coach House but wished it was for longer, from the very second we arrived we were greeted by Sarah, who made us feel more than welcome to her beautiful home, our room was amazing with stunning views of the wonderful gardens & grounds the Coach House proudly nestles in, our en - suite room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, light & spotlessly clean with all our needs catered for, the breakfast is a fantastic experience, from the minute you sit in the large open plan kitchen / diner you know you are in for a treat, from the extensive cereal selection, fresh fruits, preserves (you must try the home made marmalade & rhubarb / ginger) to the very best full English breakfast you can imagine, that is cooked in front of you. To cap it all we were introduced to Sarah's two gorgeous Golden Labradors, this without doubt is the place to stay, if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing home from home then look no further, do not even think about anywhere else, we will definitely stay here again soon.

As a professional musician I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this place had the best cooked breakfast ever!
Sarah made us feel very welcome and I hope to return one day.
It is a lovely house with beautiful gardens in a quiet location.
