Nightly specials are a great deal. Sirloin steak and baked potato were done to request and served hot. Waitress was very attentive.

In town for a family reunion. Grabbed dinner here on a Friday evening. We first stopped at the neighboring bar ( the South Shore Bar) and were completely ignored so we went next door to the Port Bar.

Good choice of the two. It was busy because of the extra 100 people in this small town but they seated us quickly.

Service was stretched but worked hard to accommodate. We both did the fish fry which was good. The salad bar was pretty good but not huge. It was presented well and kept fresh.

Dinner for two with one soft drink was $26.

Only three options in town and this is a good choice.

Right next to the ATV trails and a nice place to stop for a break. Good food and cold beer. Good service and prices.

We stopped by this local bar/restaurant on our way home from visiting Bayfield on a Friday. Friday is THE night for Wisconinites to go out for "fish fry." Fried food is not our thing, so it can be hard to find a place in NW Wisconsin that prepares fresh fish in a heathy manner but still tastes good. We found it at the unassuming Port Bar. The Lake Superior lake trout was broiled to perfection with a seasoning that enhanced the flavor of the trout without overpowering it. Included in the $11.99 price is homemade soup and salad bar. Standard iceberg lettuce was crisp and fresh along with many toppings, cottage cheese and herring made up the salad bar. The waitress was friendly and service was very good. The restaurant isn't much to look at, but go for the food, not the ambiance. They also have whitefish on Fridays and it can be fried or broiled. Shrimp and scallops can be added to your entree for an additional $4. Also available is a large selection of tap beer and hard cider.

Was directed here by locals for a pizza - not much other choices for eats in this tiny town. Was not terrible. For a bar - don't know. For food - probably look elsewhere.
