Schooner Pub & Grill is one of many great places to visit in Port Washington's historic district of original old buildings. Wonderfully rennovated inside and yet retaining some original oak flooring and surrounding waist high woodwork on nearby walls; the exterior is all authentic 1930's era gray block. The pub is reminiscent of the Jennings & company eatery in Wisconsin Rapids in decor, look, feel, and great food. Patrons are all ages but typically middle aged, a product of the 70s. There is also a bar upstairs along with a walk out patio ecased in glass that overlooks the nearby harbor. Food at Schooner's is excellent and the waitresses are too. I loved my buffalo burger and hope to visit there again sometime.
