First the good news.....we got the last room! Now, the bad news.....second floor room and no elevator! Been traveling all day.....tired......my wife and I are "seniors"! And we have to wag all our stuff up stairs!? Don't get it. How do they avoid running afoul the ADA. But, I've got to believe you have many similarly situated customers who really can't do stairs very well!
To make matters worse, the room charge was the highest of any of the other four nights we had been on the road. So.....no elevator......the room was sufficient and furnished the expected amenities, and the bed was comfortable. But, what little "love" we had developed for the place went out the window the following morning when we had to lug all our stuff back down the stairs to the car.
Before checkout, we did enjoy the complimentary breakfast! Will we stay here again if the opportunity presents itself....probably not! Now, to be fair....folks who got rooms on the first floor are probably singing your praises! But, people travel with suitcases, coolers, totes, bags, wardrobe covers, etc. A second floor room and no elevator is usually a deal breaker!More
