This bridge is quite attractive. On one side was the mountain and on the other side there was the ocean. Beautiful. It is 665 meters long and lots of traffic come by every day on this bridge.

60 000 tons had been brought to this bridge to made the access side at the sea level.
It was build in 18 months at the cost of 549 million Australian dollars.

We drove here twice to see both sides. At the end of the bridge, we could park our car to read this marvel and the opportunity to walk by foot on the bridge, It’s a marvel of engineering!

Wortwhile to see at all cost!

This is must to see when you do a road trip from Sydney down to coast. Can be easily done in one day. Recommend to walk down to the rocks and see the bridge from down there. It is just stunning.

Best part of this Bridge is you can park your car aside and take a tour of bridge, but be aware of limited parking slots.

A must do if you are visiting Wollongong! Start at Bald Hill Lookout, although cloudy, still spectacular views of the coastline. Then park at the beginning of Sea Cliff Bridge and get out and walk across the bridge. We spent a morning taking photos. An engineering feat worth exploring. Continue on down the coast and call in for lunch at Bulli Beach Cafe. The burgers really satisfy.

We parked on the south side of the bridge and walked halfway along the bridge, quite windy. Great views from the bridge.
