We had read the reviews and decided to give it a try as we love exploring new restaurants and are always happy to find great new spots. The reviews were all good but I thought the menu looked out but we decided to give it a try and not are we glad we did!!
Everything about our 1st visit here was spectacular !!
We started with some great craft cocktails at the bar.. Garrison and Leslie did a great job and build their drinks with inspiration . The champagne 75 is a hit..
Upon being seated upstairs we once again had tremendous service. The waiter, host, bus boy & wine sommelier were all top notch and helped to add to a fantastic experience. The Sommelier recommended a different wine than our first choice and we decided to give it a try and it was spectacular!! Wine selection is very nice and they have a nice offering of prices. We loved the fact that we didn't have to spend $100.00 to get a really nice wine.
Dinner was Amazing! Our waiter Phillipe' helped us with our entree selections and they were both delicious. We tried the braised shirt ribs & Shepard's pie. The unique preparation of each dish was perfect!
The only disappointment was that they had sold out of the chicken and waffles- so we will have to run back to try that dish.
The menu is unique and each dish has a special Belfre touch to it.
I am super excited about this new restaurant and can't wait to return with friends. Hopefully we'll still be able to get a table when the word about this fantastic new restaurant gets out..
