We arrived close to 6pm and the place was PACKED! Surprisingly, our waitress was awesome and she really took good care of us! The onion rings are out of this world (AND we just happen to catch the happy hour pricing on them!)! The fish fry was average...deep fried perch, but it was good. Most impressed with the service that we got considering how super busy they were. I'd go back...maybe for a burger next time!

We've been here on burger Monday before and the service was a little slow. This time it was unbelievably slow. Customers that came in after us received their food well before us. When I inquired about this to the waitress she said they ordered something different. We heard them order and saw their food and it was exactly what we ordered. If a waitress does something wrong, forgets to put in our order, gives our food to someone else, what ever, be honest with us. Don't make excuses and lie. My wife also received the wrong side when the food finally did come. This place is definitely losing some of it's luster.

We used to frequent here more when we lived closer but hadn't been there in some time. The food quality has drastically dropped and there are less menu options. Our waitress was great but it took forever to get our food (I was about ready to walk to McDonald's which is a block away and come back).

There were a lot of waitresses, almost too many, so it seems to be a problem in the kitchen and with management...I'm guessing management. It's almost like they're lazy or something, or just don't care. The lettuce in my salad was brown and it wasn't cheap iceberg lettuce that they probably bought from some service and then passed on to sucker customers.

If you're in Burlington, other than their Sunday Brunch, this is NOT the place to go. Try Fred's or Lucky Star or even John's. At least at one of those, they're managed well and you get your money's worth. Not the place to go until they solve their management issue.

I was there on Monday night for 2 for 1 Burger night. The burgers were decent but the service did take some time.
