upon our arrival, we had no idea there would be steps to climb. When we opened the door, a musky odor was strong. There was lots of dead bugs. If this were not enough, the air conditioner was not working. I called Kathleen and she sent a man to fix it, but the compressor was bad and could not be fixed. He offered to move us to the second floor, but it was more steps, plus, it was pouring rain. we had to buy a fan, fortunately, we got rid of the odor. This unit had not been cleaned since the winter season was over. The price we paid for two nights was $580.00. Way too much for this time of the year, plus, the place was not fresh and clean. The positive side: There was five of us and we had plenty of room. The beds were alright, but not real comfortable. Like I said, for this price, the accommodations should have been much better and cleaner.
