The limit is 15 mph and it feels like you are stopped, but there is a state patrol who loves to pull speeders over. Say hi to Officer Velasquez for me.

I can only say good things about Confluence. I work right above it, and our view from the 3rd floor overlooks Confluence. It is a small little park with a great play area for kids, tennis courts, covered areas for family get togethers, a scenic wildlife trail, and also a biking trail that will take you to town or around the loop to the East side. Fun water skiing, boating, and fishing.

We love this park and realise the park needs money to operate. The new State Parks pass that is required certainly has put a damper on our going down to this park. We live across the river from the park in East Wenatchee and used the park for a place to park, have a picnic lunch and walk the Apple Loop Trail. You still can do all this, but it will cost you now! Good facilities. We used to attend the July Hot Rod show there....

The park is gorgeous! It has wonderful paved walking/bicycling paths. The campsites are spacious (we were in a 35' motor home with 4 slides) and the sites are very level with a sandy area for pitching a tent. The campground was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.
However, it is a popular park and reservations should be allowed year round. We were lucky to get in. We arrived at about 3:30 PM on a Thursday and there were only 2 sites available. Many people were turned away that weekend.
All in all we had a very nice stay.
