This place has been around forever. We usually put it into our circuit a couple times of year. They have slimmed down their menu while adding more healthful options. Prices keep edging up, such is the world. The food is tasy and attractively presented, though spiced for the gringo palate a little too little for me. Ditto the margarita, not much alcohol. I am used to Mexican margaritas where one will give me a buzz. Not a great value here. The biggest plus is the service, quick, efficient, attentive and friendly. The staff really makes you feel that your patronage is appreciated, so we keep coming.

We go to El Toro about once a month. The food and service is always excellent. Great carne asada and the fajitas are sizzling!

Always a great stop. Staff are great. Food is consistently good. They recently remodeled the entry way, turned out great.

Great service! Our server was awesome...our drinks were never half empty! They have amazing fajitas here and the queso is wonderful too! The fajitas are so big three people could share them! We will be coming back here for sure!

We stopped here for dinner and we weren't disappointed. The complimentary chips with 2 kinds of salsa were very good. We ordered the beef chimichangas which came with rice, beans and a very large amount of guacamole. All the food was hot, very tasty, and lots of it. Would definitely recommend. The only small downside were the tea and water had a slight aftertaste.
