Yacht Club Broiler is a great place to have lunch or dinner. Atmosphere is great, staff is friendly, and the food is outstanding. We have never had a bad experience there.

I have been eating here for many years and always been highly satisfied with the food. However, I recently had lunch there and was very disappointed. I ordered a Reuben sandwich which I have had there numerous times and loved, but unfortunately not this time. There were 2 very, very slim slices of dried out meat and it was extremely salty. I couldn't eat all of it because of that. My friend had the daily pasta and said it didn't have much flavor. Is there a new or different chef?

Located near the bay, the tiered design means most tables have a nice view. The major con was we sested near s large party with multiple loud children, otherwise we really place and our dinner. The chowder is particularly good, in a nice white broth rather than the usual glutinous cream sauce base. Both fish and chicken mains were good and we appreciated the wine list with reasonably priced choices like a Marlborough Sauv Bl for a house wine price. Service was fairly good, though with the layout spread around the perimeter of the building, a server is rarely in sight.

We decided to go to the Yacht Club for Dinner. it was a good chose. We have found in our older selves that sharing is the better way to go as the portions are large. This is true at the Club. We had the Chicken Alfredo which was outstanding. 2 Pieces of chicken were big enough. The atmosphere was good, we sat by a window but right across from the bar section. It wasn't loud so that we could talk in a normal voice.
There was service outside if you wanted to sit outside. The view of the water was great.
The food came hot and was split in the kitchen. This we like.
Our server was Scott and he was very attentive to our needs. Always looking but staying his distance until needed.
