the kitchen area is open so u can see the food being put together for you. Most employees are helpful & considerate, but smiles are limited. You get your food pretty darn quick & if you need help or need it brought to your table they will do it. Seating is tight so maneuvering a mobility device like a walker, wheel chair or scooter is difficult as is getting through the ordering line with any of the mentioned mobility devices.
It does NOT have a handicap button for either of its entry exit doors.
