We stayed here to catch the shuttle to the airport for an early flight. We turned in our car the night before we left and I walked back to the hotel from the car rental facility (.7 mile). That was certainly convenient. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean but not spacious. We were on the 4th floor so there was no noise above us. This is an older property but well maintained and clean. Don't know if they have breakfast or not left too early in the morning to have some anyway. Shuttle left promptly on the hour as advertised.

Room Tip: 4th floor was very quiet.

Very nice hotel. Wonderful beds are comfortable. Close to airport, like across the street. Staff was nice and helpful. We bought breakfast and it was good. Kind of on the expensive side but nice. Free airport shuttle was great. You can take the Light rail to downtown and get dropped at Macy’s bear Pike St Market and then you can catch the monorail to Needle area. 3$ one way rail ticket.

This hotel is severely dated. The hallways smell musty and there wasn't a microwave or refrigerator in room. Morning staff at front desk was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer when asking for a late check out (1hr) that was offered on the website. Overall value was not what I expected after playing close to $100 and points... for a 10hr stay.

They did pick us up in a worn out van, had to wait with others for the room to be made up. Restaurant is an afterthought and we had to walked down the street to the Denny's because the one at the hotel is only opened for bkft and dinner. We checked in at 2:30 after long flight. If you just need a bed it's ok.

Cough up the money and get a better hotel.... Period.

Old, smelly, dirty, and not a place I’d want to bring my family. There’s a reason this place doesn’t charge as much as other hotels that you’d presumably place in the same category.
