Had to cancel my business trip (5 rooms for my crew) but no one answered the phone at the hotels front desk. Tried 12 times to call to cancel the room. Additionally, the hotel never sent an email confirmation for my to reply to in order to cancel the rooms. I finally spoke to the Manager (thats who she said she was at least) the next day and was told that I would not be charged.
So, if you don't get an email confirmation or nobody answers the phone, how can you cancel the room? - especially on time.
When we do go to Poulsbo again on business, we will not be staying at the Guesthouse Inn & Suites. I highly suggest you don't either!More
