Recommended highly by the owner of the tree house accommodations we were staying... not a regret. Starting with the bartender superb hosting- knowledgeable, energetic, loving of his work, complimentary in service and attention- then on to so many tempting local sourced gourmet items on menu along with very nice in house brewery, wine, and mixed drinks choices we did not go wrong at all. A must stop downtown.

First, the service was a bit weird. We ordered "beautiful" items. It seems the staff were told to use a few key words which were spoken to us at odd times. Beer was pretty good. The bistro burger wasn't very beefy tasting and just should have tasted better (carmelized onions seemed cold). The "tartar" sauce tasted like sour cream which was a bit weird for fish and chips. It was a Sunday so maybe the A team was offf that day.

On our way home from Eastern Washington, we stopped in for dinner and a break from the drive. Pleasantly surprised to find the place. Interesting menu with a high-end take on pub food. My husband chose the fresh salmon with a mango salsa, garlic potatoes, fresh garden beans. He thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a small Caesar salad and brisket sliders. The salad was homemade with anchovies on top. Would recommend smaller pieces of these along with the croutons. The sliders were perfectly sized and delicious. Will stop again.

First of all, it was quite confusing concerning the two different brewery names. We actually thought this was the brewery as this was stated in their name. However, we found out later after we left that the actual brewery is next door and labeled as Twin Rivers Brewery. With that being said, Adams was a nice place and with very good service. We stuck to the happy hour menu and was able to sample three of their meals which were so very yummy. We had the fried calamari, cornmeal oysters, and the bacon cheese fries. Yum! For our beverages we had the house nut brown and the halfwit, which were ok, but not spectacular.

Hello Tracey,

First I'm glad you enjoyed your visit at our bistro and brewery. I wanted to let you and others know that we do have two separate dining areas. Our restaurants name is "Adam's Bistro and Brewery" and the actual brewing facility is located next door to the main bistro. A few years ago we expanded and opened a new dining area so people can view the brewery which is hidden from the main dining area. Both dining rooms offer the same menu and drinks just a different vibe. The brewery dining room had a more pub like atmosphere with music, big screen TVs, view of the brewery and communal table to make new friends while the main dining room has larger tables, bar scene, and booths. It really is all the same place just offering two separate dining rooms. Cheers......Chef Adam Hoffman

The food and beer here were both good although it would have been nice to see a wider range of beers on. The food was good and definitely more bistro than brew pub with prices to match the more upmarket food.
