In the center of Kirkland, and from what I was told and read - an institution in the area. Opens early for breakfast and while the menu seemed ordinary, the choices were well made, unique ingredients and ample portions.

Chose the Baklava Pancakes - really fluffy pancakes topped with homemade Baklava - an interesting and quite yummy combination. Breakfast partner went a bit more traditional - the Farmhouse Omelet. 4 Eggs, spinach and cheese. Again well made and generous serving size.

A bit pricey but well worth lingering over the second cup of coffee

Located just off Lake and Central in downtown Kirkland and blocks from the beach and marinas, plus it opens early. Nice interior with booth and table seating, and a nice selection of menu options including fresh squeezed orange juice with breakfast . Service is very good and they do have a full bar.

We had breakfast and thought the food was very average and a little on the high side.

This restaurant consistently wins the contest for best breakfast in town. It is usually quite a wait to get in and service is a little slow, but the food is worth waiting for. You will never go away hungry. The portions are huge and I always have to take a to go box home with me.

Dinner is good, but not as good as their breakfasts. Service can be slow even when they seem overly staffed.

Good diner for families and friends and golden agers.

Greasy spoon style kitchen with some unique breakfast offerings. I liked their gyro meat as an alternative to bacon, just seems they burnt it a bit too much (dry).

The Orange and grapefruit juice says fresh squeezed, which it definitely wasn't. But still good, but I always love fresh squeezed and order it if it's on a menu.

Food and service were good as expected for a busy diner style place. The food was not that homemade style or taste we were looking for, but a good value non the less.

Would recommend this place for families with children.
