Absolutely delightful and fastidiously maintained! Juliette was amazing, accommodating our quirky requirements as we are multiple chemical and mold sensitive. We were here for a medical appointment and didn’t expect such a delightful romantic get away! The European style rooms on the 3rd floor are perfect for sensitive people as the bathroom is outside of the room (small sink in room), with windows that open to let in fresh air. Beds were extremely comfortable, no chemical smells and sparkling clean. It was a haven and we were reluctant to go. FYI- quiche was probably fantastic but get to breakfast early or it’s gone! Great foodie restaurants within 150 feet, quaint shops.

While it does not have elevators...and I pack WAY too much resulting in a very heavy suitcase, that would be the ONLY drawback. The rooms were nice and clean, bed was quite comfortable. "Breakfast" was delightful! Front desk personnel very pleasant. Nice location...easy walk to delicious restaurants and shopping!

Room tip: If you don't want to climb stairs, choose a room on the first floor and be aware, your choice is en suite or shared bathroom.

After checking the Portland airport hotels, I came upon this historic hotel. Depending on the time of day, you should be able to get to the airport in 30-60 minutes. Built in the early 20th Century, the Camas Hotel was much more fun than a generic hotel at the airport. It is right on the main street, within walking distance of cute shops, restaurants and an old movie theatre. Parking in a surface lot about 1.5 blocks away is included. You simply unload your luggage in front of the hotel and then park your car. The area felt very safe to walk. The room was clean and inviting; breakfast was good. All the staff were pleasant. Don't hesitate to ask for help carrying your bag up the stairs if you need it. I recommend one of the larger rooms on the second floor facing the front of the building. I’d stay there again.

Room tip: Second floor front rooms looked really nice.

I stayed here briefly for the wedding of a friend. The third floor rooms are mostly of the European style with bathrooms and showers in the hallway. The room had a fridge and sink. I was so comfortable that I wished I could stay longer.

Cute hotel in the main street, street lights are romantic, nice welcoming, great bathtub for 2 with jets, comfy bed, and the champagne was really good too! Check the hallway with old pictures!
Avoid the Korean restaurant across the street though, we got serious discomfort afterwards! However, the Artisan cafe next door was great!

Room tip: number 3, honeymoon suite is large and has a great tub!
