As frequent business traveler, my choice hotels are Marriott properties. The Fairfield Inn and Suites Burlington proves me right. First, the night manager, Sandy, takes it upon herself to ensure the coffee is freshened by 4:00 a.m. every morning. She also makes sure the cold breakfast is available. When asked shy, Sandy says she does it for the working people who are up early and out the door. She represents what all Marriott night-shift managers would be - customer-centric. This is the first Marriott property I have stayed that does so. Compared to my Tampa Marriott stay (no newspaper, no coffee) this Vermont hotel is hands down first class.
