Used this hotel for an pre cruise overnight stay. The room was large, and clean, but the hallways have dingy dank carpet. Check in was fast and painless, staff was pleasant and friendly. lobby area was bright and airy. Lots of conventions
are held at this hotel, so that tends to promote lots of traffic in the elevators.

Gets pricey depending on time of stay. I paid $326, for the one night, this felt like a $100 hotel to me.

Dragonflight.org keeps choosing this hotel because they treat us right. Perfect for such a weekend event. Rooms are comfy & spacious, the staff is always helpful and efficient, and the dining options & quality are great.

Stayed there on a weekend trip to see a concert. Very good location and easy access. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the Wifi connection was very good.

It was a nice but a bit old (big) room , was very clean. But was too hot all night, no AC!! No free breakfast or coffee in the lobby, you gotta pay, which I did not. Went to IHOP instead. The building was kind of hot and stinky. I one thing i did like was the lobby, it was pretty and the elevators are the coolest part of the building. They look like something out of Bioshock or steampunk.But overall it was fine.

We strive to ensure that this welcoming aesthetic continues throughout all of our accommodations and thus, regret that other areas of our property fell short of impressing. We were disappointed that you encountered issues with your room’s HVAC unit and hope that our team was alerted to the issue to ensure that you were able to rest comfortably in our care. It was just OK. Not great, not bad, just Ok. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped, there were black hairs on the floor (mine is white) and the toilet and sink needed a good scrubbin'. (the overflow drain hole on the sink was gross!) Bedding was ok, pillows were skimpy. Towels were not soft and smelled like bleach. Hot tub was nice after a long day. The Hilton App for your room key is very cool. I checked in the day before, chose my room, told them my arrival time 4) and at 5:15pm when I checked in, my room was not ready. Not earth shattering - kind of a princess problem, but annoying. Front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. I would expect a room w/ with 2 Queen beds would have 2 sinks, but there is just one and it's in the room with the tub/shower and toilet. The building is showing its age. I'd probably stay there again, but the rates should reflect its age.
