The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great at giving directions and suggesting good places to eat. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The free breakfast was good in the morning. Great place to stay.

This hotel was updated quite some time ago, then has been left to go down hill. It was convenient to Dulles airport, and we did leave our car parked there as part of the deal - which went fine. The room was tiny, the bed was broken, and the safety lock on the door was actually broken off! The carpet, paint and TV were all old, and there was not refrigerator or microwave in the room. The breakfast was especially lackluster. The scrambled eggs had no flavor. Thank goodness for bananas and yogurt. Luckily it was a short stay. Again, the staff was good, and the parking and shuttle went well...but that's where the good parts stopped.

Room Tip: Try getting a room with two beds, it may be bigger?

It’s cheap, very convenient, a quick ride away from Dulles, and the staff at the desk and on the shuttle were great. It’s long overdue for new paint, carpet, and furnishings. You get what you pay for.

We booked this hotel for the stay/fly option. We checked in with no issues, and the room was comfortable, roomy and clean. We got the shuttle to the airport in the morning with no issues and the shuttle driver was polite and helpful. When we returned 15 days later, we went to the specified location and called for the shuttle as instructed. It was freezing cold, but we waited till we got to the 2H hotel shuttle location before calling the hotel. We waited 30 minutes, watched all the other hotel shuttles pass, and then called the hotel again. After 45 minutes, we surrendered and called a cab. It cost us $20 to get to the hotel to pick up our car. Ironically, the shuttle was sitting in the hotel parking lot when we arrived. We complained at the desk, and were told the shuttle driver said he was at the airport, and we weren't there. There was no apology, no attempt to figure out the disconnect, and basically no attempt to address our concerns. We won't elect this hotel option again when it comes time to stay/fly at Dulles.

I was pleasantly surprised recently when I stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice. My room was much bigger than I anticipated and to top it off there was a full, hot breakfast. I couldn't ask for anything more considering the price.
