Extremely disappointing. Not within the Super 8 standards that I was accustom too as I have travelled throughout the midwest and other east coast locations. I am a Wyndham PLATINUM customer and redeemed multiple rooms at this location and was most sadden by my service and stay. A two night stay in my first room was ruined after returning to my room and finding my beds were stripped and service not rendered. Was then moved to another room that even the Manager found unsatisfactory. Then moved to another room. Service required there be an one for one exchange for towels for a room of three consisting of two adults and one child. The towels were old and felt like sandpaper. The beds needed replacement and were uncomfortable the pillows were not firm and after the towel exchange there was no need in asking for extra pillows. After redeeming 60,000 points for two rooms a double night stay and a single night stay I was appalled at the results and saddened as a Platinum Wyndham customer. I would definitely not recommend a stay at this location o friends or co workers.
Honestly, It is like this place had not been touched since the 1970's.
You walk in at the clerk has no idea what is going on, and barely knows what he is doing.
After a brief walk up some stairs to our room, it get's a little better in the room. Nothing but bare basic hotel stay.
Then as we are about to leave, a new clerk did not speak any english. We had to repeat check out several times.
How this place is in operation is beyond me. The Waffle House down the road though... Amazing!
