Great rooms, clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are nice people and friendly. We had everything we needed.
Our family had 4 rooms including family and twin rooms. Breakfast was a lovely surprise inclusion.

We stayed in a family room, and it was exactly as what we expected. Room was very clean, neat and tidy. and also, it made our stay happy on that night.

We are waiting to stay there for the next time to enjoy it again.

Impressed is what I will say. This motel ticks all the boxes. From the greeting at Reception to the great rooms, very clean. The room had all the facilities that one comes to expect at a motel that are interested in your comfort and its presentation. The rooms I feel have gone through a refurbishment, very cosy. The bathroom was a high standard meeting all your needs. TV's to this square eyes bigger than average so I didn't have to squint.

At the time of my stay new hotwater systems were being installed and I believe new A.C's were also on the agenda. This change all coming about since the change of management a very professional husband and wife team who complimented each other. Very friendly accommodative and professional something sadly lacking these days in a competitive industry that depends on repeat business.

The other staff were also very attentive when asked for assistance, they were very polite and attended all ours needs.

When I make my next trip to Melbourne the Rowville International will be my first choice thats if after my review they have vacancies. Great job well done we are quick to criticise but I believe where kudos is earned it should be stated.
