Booked in solo, was told upstairs room but asked for downstairs, due to my age
Reception was nice & gave me a downstairs room.
I received a small carton of milk & nice young Chinese girl said to enjoy my stay
Air con was good room not too bad, could have been a lot cleaner it is an old place as I stayed here 9 years ago & was lovely with nice restaurant, but seems that has all gone now.
Time changes & so do the owners & when you see how a lot of these people live in when in China, this would be a palace to some of them

Stayed here while our timber floors were sanded & lacquered for 2 nights, should have been 3, but went home early due to the dreariness of our room & the other dubious residents staying there. I didn't feel safe at all. To give it it's due, the bed was comfy & the water pressure great, but room was very shabby & dark & a bit grubby too. The bed was not made on 2nd day, but the towels were replaced! I definitely could not recommend to anyone, but the price was cheap, so I suppose I got what I paid for.

This motel was booked for us by another family member and we were disappointed with the accommodation, especially considering the hefty price they hit us up for.
The rooms were very shabby and dated, bathroom had tiles popping off the wall, awkward and slippery shower over bath and cobwebs and dust on many surfaces. A constantly trickling toilet, water pressure and temperature that changed 20 times during a 5 minute shower and bedspreads with questionable cleanliness were just a few of the issues I could nitpick about.
The location is very convenient, being just up the road from Eastlands and Ringwood square shopping centres, but they would be the only plusses I am willing to give.
This motel is definitely tired and understaffed - a few basic maintenance and cleaning issues could have upped my rating at least a full notch.
