We have just returned from Italy and to dine here last night took us back there. The pizzas were amazing. The crust had that slight chewy texture that you get in Naples. Delicious! Great service on a really busy Friday night. The wine from the Veneto region - a pinot grigio was sensational.

I was really looking forward to trying out the new Gradi at Eastland, but I was let down a little just like at their Lygon St location. It looks nice, has probably more a business lunch type feeling about it, however there were families with babies eating as well.
We ordered 3 Pizzas, they were yummy, just not really that hot, which resulted in cold pizza pretty quickly. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. A couple of months ago we met up at their Lygon St location and the same thing, food rather on the cold side. I'm not sure if it takes too long for it to come out to the table or what the case is. It seems to be made in a pizza oven so it should not be that cold.
The Panna Cotta dessert was amazing! Fluffy, fresh berries , and granola. Highly recommend.

We were very much looking forward visiting 400 Gradi in Ringwood.... it is a great set up.

We had a great waiter, very attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately each of our pizzas came out warm, definitely not hot as the name of the restaurant suggests. The flavour was good, just disappointed with a warm meal.

We did mention this to the waiter, hoping it improves. We love 400 Gradi in Brunswick, so had been hoping for the same on our side of town!

The eve before Christmas Eve and needing something a bit more than Laurent or coffee club so we thought let's try this place having heard a few mixed reviews
Fast table service but did not like the set up uncomfortable chairs and decor looks like a la porchettas but with higher prices and very diverse and authentic Italian menu
Wait staff a bit stand offish must be the backpacker mentality bring from France was one of them it appeared!
We wanted to move to the booth but were told they were taken.

Toilets one unisex toilet and I mean only 1 toilet being Christmas a bit of a queue occurring for such a large venue Shocking!
Wine list very Italian no Cabernet Merlot no cab sav so went for a Hancock Shiraz was quite pleasant
We ordered pizza Which was a typical Italian style wood fire pizza light but yes a bit soggy per other reviews it's all in the crust very light
But I liked the prosciutto topping with artichoke and buffalo mozzarella
Ordered arancini very nice and the rocket salad
And zucchini flowers
Not a fan of the zucchini flowers expecting these to be full of ricotta and flavour which was lacking plus all zucchini inside
Overall not good value for overall experience and ambience not to scratch might as well go to
Sofia's !

we've been here with a group of friend and the pizza wasn't good at all, very havy to digest. Not even close to the one they use to do in lygon st. It seems that as is becoming a chain this place is loosing their good .
