We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa with another family and couldn't be happier. We had 4 adults and 4 kids from ages 4-8 and they loved it also. The water doesn't get any better. Eat at the kiosks at Flamenco or Zaco's Tacos or Dingy Dock.

Couldn't ask for anything better or beautiful, it's right at flamenco beach. Very clean place and fully equipped( kitchen etc...) have to rent a car or golf cart to go out. Very silent, peaceful and romantic place. Strongly recommend this place for a vacation.

I stayed at villa 15 for 3 nights, and I couldn't have asked for more! The villa is small but has been renovated recently making it very comfortable for 2 people. It is one of the few beachfront properties on Flamenco Beach, so location couldn't be better. It is a 15 minute walk to the little shops located on Flamenco Beach. You will need to drive or taxi downtown if you want to go out for dinner. The road to the villas is a bit rough, so you are better off with a Jeep or taxi. Management is friendly and responsive, and they offer beach chairs at a reasonable price. Beware that villas in this complex have different owners, so do your research ahead of time.

We just returned from our stayed at the Culebra Beach Villas at Flamenco Beach and we had a great time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Villas are really nice and clean. And the best part is the location, just a few steps from the beautiful Flamenco Beach.

We are people who have rented different places over the past 20 yrs. without ever submitting a negative review. Our unit wasn't quite ready, so we left our luggage and headed to the beautiful beach. When we returned to the unit it had an an overwhelming smell of bleach, it was obvious that the unit was in a deplorable, unsanitary, and unhealthy condition, not to mention the wretched condition of the kitchen cabinets, microwave, furniture, beds, water leaking from bathtub, stones in corner of living room with thick coating of dust, and mold throughout. My husband is extremely allergic to mold, and Ms Ramos was aware of this. We had to sleep there the night, the front office was closed. The mgmt staff told us there was little they could do, the unit had been cleaned as well as could be expected, given the state of deterioration of the unit. We then contacted Ms Ramos who rents the villa and one other one, on behalf of the owner/investors, and who had been very polite and helpful prior to signing the rental agreement, had specifically assured us that the entire unit had been cleaned of mold, and renovated (Really)but now was furious, surly, rambled on and on about how it was all the fault of the Villa Complex maintainence staff, and would not listen to one word we had to say. She said she would replace the microwave, and that should settle everything! Replacing the microwave is like putting a bandaid on a hemorrhage. She abruptly hung up and said don't call me on Sunday, it's my day off. We went back to the mgmt office, they were incredibly cooperative, understanding and helpful in getting us moved to another villa, owned by different investors/owners, the difference was like night and day. We spent 6 wonderful days in the new villa #17 and it's extremely important who you rent from. We tried again to get in touch with Ms Ramos, she would not consider giving us one penny back, and she hung up again. Overall, we highly recommend the Culebra Beach Villas but we also suggest that you don't rent or lease anything from Ms. Ramos, irrespective of what she says or the price. We would not want anyone to go through what we had to go through, in order to enjoy Flamenco Beach.
