“A Special Place”
Reviewed 5 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Myself and my partner (and dog) stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. What a lovely "getting away from it all" place. Katy was extremely welcoming (thanks for the cup cakes... yum!) and her husband was very helpful when we couldn't get our car to start (sorry about that!)
The wagon was very comfy and the hut had everything we needed.
Loved it and will definitely come back.

“Beautiful Mini-Moon!”
Reviewed 29 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

My wife and I got married on the 18th June and wanted to go on a mini honeymoon for a few days then a more exotic honeymoon later in the year.
Well we couldn't have chosen a better place than here. It was unreal!!
Katy was a fantastic host, mega helpful and welcoming, there were home made cupcakes (which we ate on the beach!) and a bottle of prosecco ready chilled in the fridge! Wow what a great start! After a lovely welcome, Katy left us to it but was only a call away if we had any queries.
The cabin and wagon are just fantastic. There's a log burner in the cabin which was lovely and cosy and an electric bar heater in the wagon but it's well insulated and we never needed to use it. Sitting outside, the views are awesome with just the sounds of birds in the trees and sheep in the distance and during the day the occasional tractor working around the farm. Wish we would have had time to watch a milking but maybe next time we go!
We just chilled out and had barbecues (BBQ is provided) and a fire in the fire pit for the first couple of nights after exploring some if the amazing local beaches (there are quite a few, from tiny coves to large beaches like Poppit Sands which is great!), then on the last night had a lovely meal at the Daffodil Inn (great recommendation from Katy - thanks!!).
Honestly, if you want to feel so relaxed and chilled out with no-one around then this is the place to go. It's beautiful! We loved every minute and it was hard to tear ourselves away to come home.

“A relaxing chilled out and unique experience”
Reviewed 13 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

A surprise last minute break booked by my other half to get away from it all. I was blown away when we arrived it's such an unusual & pretty place, a great weekend away destination. We were given a very friendly greeting by the owner on arrival, she had lit the log burner for us and left homemade cup cakes and couple of glasses of Cava in the cabin. The cabin itself had everything you might need, plenty of cooking utensils, decent sized fridge, ring burner and microwave in a small kitchenett and TV for playing DVD's with a wide libary of films and books to choose from. Bathroom/shower clean tidy and plenty of hot water on demand. Heat provided by the burner was if anything a little too efficient we were very warm and cosy. A great couple of nights sleep in the gypsy wagon, comfortable bed, warm blankets and duvet with the added romance of fairy lights and soft low lighting. You need to be prepared there's no heating in the caravan not that we needed any but some people may find the colder evenings less desirable. If so there's always the sofa bed in the cabin, our stay was proberably the last of the season and we were fortunate to catch mild mid October weather. We drove to the coast at New Quay about 30mins away and allthough we didn't find the time to investigate the locality I'm sure there's loads of walks to be had nearer to base.
A lovely romantic break highly recommended if you want something out of the ordinary.

“An outstanding, beautiful retreat with a fantastic welcome”
Reviewed 8 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

I stayed in the gypsy wagon and cabin for two nights, for a much needed retreat with my partner. It was a surprise for my partner and it certainly worked well. The wagon is the cosiest, most fun place to sleep with such an atmosphere, and the cabin is a perfect miniature home away from home. The wood burner was on when we arrived, which heated the cabin so well we had to have the door open sometimes. We had outstanding views, total peace and quiet, delicious cupcakes, and great amenities. Everything you need is right there. It was a delight to stay there.
