Booked this complex as hubby's first venture abroad. Decided to go all inclusive as we wanted to relax and not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat each night. Even though some of the reviews have been poor we decided to give the apartments a try because it appeared to have everything we wanted. It was close enough to everything (we walked everywhere) but far away from any noise of the main shopping strip. My hubby was either going to love or hate this holiday. He said that as soon as he got to the complex he felt relaxed. There was not a lot of noise as we went out of season. All staff whether it be reception, bar or restaurant were very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The apartments could do with a little sprucing up but they were clean and of a good size. The meals are other thing that have been slated but in the week that we were here there was something to suit all tastes and the food was usually hot. It's just a shame that there is so much waste. People piling their plates high and just eating a tiny morsel. The meal times were good and from 8 on a morning until 10 on a night there were only 2 hours when you couldn't get something to eat. Pool bar was open from 10am until 6pm when the bar then opened. I personally couldn't fault the complex, food or the staff at all.

If you are looking for a nice getaway with plenty of sun on a peaceful island I would recommend coming here.

Did the job. Nothing to moan about except the rude receptionist with the blonde hair. She is the only reason I won't return here.
I read the reviews while sun bathing round the pool. If I had read them before I wouldn't have booked here so I'm glad I didn't. Kids enjoyed it. That's the main. Food was nothing special but could of been a lot worse. We made the mistake of letting the brunette receptionist direct us to the beach. Had to get a taxi. Cost 14 euro to get there and back and only stayed 40 mins or so. Was boring. Had nothing going on but the sea was lovely and clear. After speaking to our next door neighbour we went to the wrong beach. So just be careful which you go to.

Ilona and Francesca say no more, animation team champions. Made our family holiday so much fun and my cousins birthday the best he could have. The hotel staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were as aspected for a 3* hotel. Ignore other reviews. We had the best time, even when it was loosing to crossbow!

This was a fantastic two week holiday with people ranging in age from 18 - 80. We’ve been to Corralejo for years (parents for 30 years) and love the area, the town and the beaches. This time 25 and 22 year old explored the nightlife with a couple of the locals and found a Rock Cafe with live music, a small club called Flicks and many local bars - safe to say they were out most nights.

The Animation Team were incredible. Francisca, Ilona and Sergi were full of energy and got everybody involved in the activities throughout the day. They always joined in and made the guests laugh. The children’s mini club when these three were doing it was full of energy and life which engaged the children and got other guests joining in from their chairs. I cannot emphasise enough how hard these three work and how much fun they provided throughout the two weeks - they’re all deserving 10/10 and are one of the main reasons we are booking again for next year.
  The pools were great! Two big ones and one baby pool. The only issue was whilst the pool on the bottom level was heated (a little) the top pool was freezing which made originally playing water polo an ordeal until the team moved it to the bottom pool which made it that we always had enough for a team to play.
  The entertainment in the evening once the animation team have finished leaves a little to be desired. There was Mike who came in and did Reggae night on a Tuesday which was fantastic as he got everybody up and involved and a dance act which was reasonable. The Animation Team put on a quiz which was fun as that got people involved and the Man vs Women in our first week was great. The rest of the time was karaoke which was fun for the first few nights but after a while got a little annoying. We struggled to understand on our last couple of nights why the animation team were now walking around the room when we were playing Bingo as we were used to them either standing or sitting on stage - seeing how hard they work it gave them two minutes to relax - I’d have fallen over if I was walking around the room, trying to read off the screen and speak whilst watching where I was going - whoever came up with the idea they needed to walk around the room clearly hasn’t tried to do this before in a crowded room.
  The Food was typical Canary 3* food. There was always something to eat even if there were things you didn’t like to eat. There’s a Grape Mousse that was on whilst we were there which was amazing (I could have eaten the entire bowl) One issue that can be resolved easily is the trays were not kept warm so the food, if you didn’t get it when it first came out, could be lukewarm which is a shame because the food was beautiful. If they heat the trays to keep the food warm then for me there would be no issue with the food. A logistic problem was that the show cooking / fried eggs in the morning is placed in the middle of the rest of the food so queing becomes a problem. If you don’t want fried eggs you still have to queue. This is the same if you only want whatever is on the show cooking in the evening but nothing else you still have to queue with everybody else. This could be solved by moving the show cooking/ fried eggs to a different part of the room or to the end of the food so only those wanting it would have to queue.
  The Bar Staff, Maids, Lifeguard and Restaurant Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and fun to talk to when they got a minute. They work incredibly hard and all deserve a raise! Even with all the guests they have to serve the bar staff know what you’re order is going to be. The lifeguard had to deal with two incidents whilst we were there and he handled them professionally and made the injured feel at ease. We left our maid a lovely thank you note and tip as the room was always spotless and she even re-folded our pjamas/ tops we left on the bed into beautiful shells and patterns. When we arrived there were flowers on the bed which was a beautiful touch.
A couple in our group had a disabled room which was situated with a beautiful view of the pool from their balcony.
  All in All a wonderful holiday, I had been there 5 years previously and came back - Thanks to the animation team and the staff it definitely won’t take as long this time. See you next year guys!

Spent a week at the oasis village with our 9 year old grandaughter.
The rooms are basic but comfortable have maid service everyday but Sunday.Towels changed most days.
We went all inclusive and the food was quite good the breakfast are good with eggs and pancakes cooked in front of you we had a salad at lunch the dinner menu was ok a good choice of meat and fish.It would be good if the night menu was displayed outside the restaurant so we could plan our night.
The entertainment team are hard working and very pleasant.
There were a lot of queues at night at the bar but that was due to lack of staff and not the staff.On the plus side the staff are a real credit to this hotel they are always smiling and very hard working.
The pools are cold but it was November! My grand daughter was in the pool everyday it didn’t bother her even I went in.The pool area is cleaned everyday and sun beds are very comfortable.
All in all this hotel is good value for money and we would definitely return thankyou oasis village.
