This is our first trip to Sa Coma and this great hotel. From the cold and sparkly Cava welcome to the delicious food, the kids club, the spa, the gym, the sports classes, mini golf, aqua park, the farm, archery, yoga, Pilates, tennis, and I could go on and on, cannot fault it in any way, don’t know why other reviewers are so petty. This is a fabulous hotel, and we stayed in a lot of 5* hotels. We have just spent almost a week here, every day packed with activities offered by the hotel, you really cannot use all the facilities! We stayed in a swim up suite which was very spacious and immaculate, the room made up twice, and the swimming after putting the kids to bed and enjoying a glass of wine by ourselves was really romantic and memorable. All the staff were very helpful. The spa was wonderful and relaxing and never too busy. There is an adults only pool with a swim up bar. There is a mini disco in the evening and then some acrobats/ magic shows. Or for the ones looking for more peace and quiet, the piano bar offers live music every night. And the food is divine. Everyone who knows me knows I love my food, yet this hotel with the 5 restaurants we tried ticked all the boxes. Even the pizza that we had by the pool from the terrace bar was scrumptious. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the manager, he is everywhere and present all the time, breakfast, lunch, dinner and between, circling the grounds to ensure everyone is having a great time. He is always smiley and friendly and even tries to entertain the kids! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, looking forward to coming back. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends!

It was so good last year we had to return, what is the point of looking for somewhere else when you know it is unlikely to match the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel.

11 night stay, flew from Manchester (TUI changed the flight again from an 8.10 departure to a 6.10am slot, stop doing that TUI!) Downside is waiting in reception for the room to be ready albeit with a glass or two of Prosecco which everyone gets on arrival. Junior suite very spacious and clean.

Apparently a very high percentage of visitors here are return guests and I get it. The Senior Manager was his usual perfectionist self with the customer experience uppermost in his mind and leading from the front. Very visible and charismatic.

We had room 209 this year (307 last year) looking toward the front and nature reserve and with the sea in the distance. Lovely breeze early evening to have our cup of tea on the balcony before getting ready for our evening meal. True there is a road at the front but frankly it did not disturb us in any way.

Great food in the restaurant, all fresh and hot. Plenty of fish, meat, roasts, pasta, Fantastic display of desserts. Breakfasts they will cook you omelettes if you so desire, bacon and egg, continental all available. We found nothing to complain about.

They do enforce the rule of shorts for men.

BBQ Thursday night is great, find a table in the shade, sun still strong at that time of the evening.

Don's miss Ruben on Wednesday night, people get up, dance and really enjoy themselves. Great voice. All the entertainment serves as background or you can join in.

The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk (short legs) from the beach. A taxi to Cala Millor is around 6 euros. You can also hop on a bus. The sun was constant bar 5 minutes of rain, quite humid some nights.

For smokers cigatettes are around 48 euros at time of writing.

Might try swim up rooms or roof pool rooms next year.

Great hotel!!

Room tip: Only ever had rooms at the front which suited us.

The only reason they get away with rating this as a 5 star, is all around is no star, go out side of the hotel and its like Beirut,The food was ok, the entertainment was ok,the Staff were ok , nothing exceptional about this hotel, apart from they class themselves as 5 star, And the price, they do not even replenish the water in your room, or have water butts placed around the hotel. Unlike any five star i have ever stayed in.

Room tip: With the swim up rooms but expensive

Just came back from another visit to an amazing hotel that ticks all our boxes, rooms are beautiful and spacious and immaculate, the food and service is second to none you really would be hard to find any other hotel that goes that extra mile, but it's the food that nails it for us fine dining every night what more could you ask for

Stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 30th anniversary,June 23-30th...
Reception staff very friendly with a warm welcome and giving oversight of amenities when we arrived.
Stayed in the junior suite jacuzzi, where we almost had the whole of the roof terrace with Infiniti pool to ourselves, which is absolutely superb and very quite and relaxing....well worth paying that bit extra if you want privacy and peace and quiet.
This is definitely a five star hotel, even though some say it isn't,need to remember you're in Mallorca not Dubai or Vegas!!
The food and choice in the Restaurant for breakfast and evening meal is excellent and the Italian and Asian Restaurants are superb.....
Only criticism is they did a BBQ one night for the main restaurant and it wasn't great ,so all I would advise is stick to what you know and don't do BBQ's.....
All staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us,rooms were cleaned twice a day which was great.
The Hotel is about an hour away from the airport,so we booked a private transfer with Balearic Transfers, which worked out at about £100 return which was good value.
Will definitely stay here again and 5 star rating to the Hotel....thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Room tip: Pay that bit extra to stay in the junior suite jacuzzi
