Stayed for a week in October and it was excellent. Very relaxing and excellent facilities. Rooms were lovely and very clean. We had a swim up room but personally we preferred the main pool. Always plenty of sunbeds at the main pool which was very clean and an ideal place to soak up the sun. We stayed B&B and breakfast was lovely with great choice. All Staff were excellent. Plenty of restaurants and bars a 10 min walk away and if you explore a bit further (past D'ice best ice cream ever) you will find a square with many many lovely restaurants. Overall a very peaceful relaxing break and we can't wait to go back!!

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is in a nice quiet location. Our room numner was 1108 and although there wasn't much of a view apart from greenery, it was the best place in the hotel to sumbathe and get a nice tan. Upon arriving we were greeted with cold juice drinks. Our rooms were kept amazingly clean and the beds were super comfy. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definately recommend to everyone!!

Stayed in the sunprime monsuau last week in September in the prime L pool access suit we were in room 4005 and had direct access to a depth pool which was hardly used so we got full benefit on our own.
Transfers smooth at the airport - we were the last stop which took about 1 hour. On arrival we were greeted with cold drinks of fruit juice and our bags were locked in storage as it wasn't ready we were told 45 minutes however this was ok as we went to the pool bar! The rooms were stunning, clean and the beds were so so comfy. Reception bar and waiting staff all lovely and so helpful. We went bed and breakfast brilliant choices for breakfast full English every day pancakes etc.
Would highly recommend this hotel for the ultimate relaxing break and to spend that extra £100 and odd for the swim up room as that was amazing. The town was approximately 20-30 mins away a little bit of a trek if you've had a few to many!
Bus route down the road which can take you directly to Palma for a day out. Lots of souvenir shops bars and places to eat. Would highly recommend cafe malivant which is on route into the town of cala dor for friendly staff and cheap drinks as the further you get into town the pricier it gets!
We will be back again!

Just returned from a weeks holiday at the Sunprime Monsuau - very impressed

Took about 1.5 hours transfer time in total, although it's only about an hour from the airport itself.
Very warm welcome when we arrived - we were given a glass of juice and shown to our room.
We'd booked a swim up room (we had room 4003). The room itself isn't massive, but the beds are two good sized singles joined together and were incredibly massive. The room had a microwave, cooker and then plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery and glasses for two. There's a good sized fridge and a sink in the room itself. Big TV with UK freeview channels.
The bathroom has no door - only a frosted sliding panel - no issue for us, but might be for some. Patio doors led to a small patio and two flat mattresses next to the pool. The pool is shared by four rooms - but during out stay we more or less had it to ourselves.

We were B&B - couldn't fault the breakfast in the morning - ample choice and lots of it.

We didn't eat in the hotel itself, or go to any evening entertainment.

The big main pool has enough sun loungers to turn up at midday and still get one. There are also some cabana beds which were not always taken either. Major downside was the cost of drinks at the pool bar - made the mistake once and then bought drinks to have in our room. There's a Spa and another supermarket just a short walk away and it's worth buying drinks and keeping in your fridge.

Took about 5 minutes to walk down to a stretch of restaurants and then a further 5-10 minutes to the main streets of Cala D'Or. Paparazzi is worth a visit for the pizza!
The marina is about a 30 minute walk and worth a visit although we didn't eat there in the evenings. There is also a land train that does a loop taking in the marina in the evening if you don't want to walk.

Overall, very impressed with the hotel and it's little touches everywhere - wine in the room on arrival, dressing gown and slippers, breakfast box when you leave before breakfast. Very friendly staff and very high standard of cleanliness across the whole hotel.

the hotel is in a quiet location and is stunning ... it looks expensive and classy... see photos ...
our room was a prime room in the main building as previous guests comments suggest it's clean spacious with lovely touches wine safe fridge etc..... but walls are very thin ... my hubby snoring plus the man next door.. and an amorous honeymoon couple ... meant disturbed sleep occasionally.... however most hotel rooms have thin walls ...the balcony in the room was perfect for the afternoon sun ...
breakfast was as you would expect some thing for everyone full English to continental pate meats cheese cereals toast good tasty selection
evening meal a little lacking in supplementary sides i.e. no rice with a curry no potatoes with stew hot veg so limited ... salad side was fantastic and the deserts too but on that basis we would only do break fast only next time
pool .... is bloody cold!!! but once your in its fine... suggest nipping across to the other building and using pool and hot tub... nice spot some guests commented that there was a lack of atmosphere around the pool and I can see there point of view however it's adults only and the age range is varied... I wouldn't like music blaring out or random people playing there own it's meant to be a wind down hotel peaceful and relaxed if you want noise book a lively place... bring books magazines and your own headphones free wifi means you can listen to a radio app from home ...
drinks expensive in the hotel but your a captive audience it's to be expected nip to the spar wine spirits cheap.. and drink on your balcony if you really want to ... or walk to the town and find local bars two for one offers
we found a little gem there's a mixed range from the crazy karaoke not to far away to the more up market
there's plenty of places to eat if you want to with every possible food choice ... again from cheap to silly money... look around and find your place that suits you
the area is lovely the beaches are clean and busy so go early... the town is a mixture of shops bars etc and there is plenty to do ...go with your hotel if you wanted to explore as buses hit and miss getting to palma on public transport can take you 2 hours or more as it stops every where...
last but not least the staff ... from the cleaner to the bar staff to reception to chef all smiled all chatty all polite and seemed happy in there work nothing was to much trouble they all are wonder ful....
