Review of The Coffee Tree

I've been to The Coffee Tree several times and have yet to be disappointed. This is not your corporate, cookie-cutter, techno-chic coffee house. The decor is eclectic. The service is very friendly. The food is unpretentious but always well-prepared and delicious. A little out-of-the-way, but worth the trip.

Thank Russell C

Love love this little gem in Norfolk! Great eats and even better coffee! Locally owned and operated! A must for a visit to Norfolk!

Try the cream cheese coffee cake. Awesome!

The couple that owns this shop couldn't be friendlier. The coffee and food was great. Worth the drive from Great Bridge.

I have been to The Coffee Tree three times now, and am happy with the coffee that is high-quality and smooth -- in any way you like it: latte, macchiato, espresso. They have fresh-fruit smoothies that are made with no sugar and taste naturally sweet. They even make hand-crafted fruit sodas. And their food is good too. Try their Belgian waffle, fluffy and melts in your mouth, with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream. They also prepare some awesome omelettes as well. The owner, Gabriel, is super-friendly, as well as Tommy and Corey, who treat you like family. This is a new coffee shop and is well worth a visit. The interior decor is artsy and whimsical and the area is spacious for seating. It has a real European feel to it. I know I'll be back often and recommend it to everyone.
