Travelled 27th June to 4th July 2018. Your holiday is what you make it but having truly wonderful staff helps. Luiz and Elder on reception as well as all the other staff are so friendly and helpful they can't do enough for you.

Our room was spotless and as long as we put the towels in the bath they were changed. We had a fabulous view of the pool and beach from our balcony.

The outlay of the hotel is basic but it is so close to the beach, shops and restaurants it more than makes up for it. One block away from everything you need is fantastic. As many have said there is no in house entertainment but everything is on the doorstep, for people with small children there's a lovely little market over the road with a small fair every evening (while we were there). It would be nice if more television channels could be added so that people with small children can watch it in their rooms.

For all inclusive meals there is literally something for everyone and we are really fussy eaters. The food was always fresh and the staff very welcoming. The bar area was small but great service and never experienced long waiting times at all. I think bread rolls should be offered during snack times though as it isn't the same making hamburgers and hotdogs with bread.

The pool area was good although the broken chairs could do with replacing and the toilets were always spotlessly clean and checked on a regular basis.

A £5-6 taxi takes you to the Vilamoura Marina which also has fantastic night life especially the Irish bars, Spot and Deck bars. All very reasonably priced drinks and special offers as well. There are plenty of trips you can take from here all at reasonable prices.

We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and being so wonderfully kind.

Room Tip: higher floors giver better views, ours was room 803 and highly recommend it

This hotel is very basic Food just about OK Bar area is very small with dirty seats No entertainment on at all just a TV on the wall showing football or music videos. This hotel is not suitable for families as no facilities for children and there are steep steps down to the pool area the shower near the pool is worn and dirty Some staff really good others were uninterested. We went all inclusive but I would recommend going just half board or b and b as there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the front which is only round the corner from this hotel. The plus points of this hotel are the fact it is right near the beach and promenade and the reception area is clean and nicely decorated with settees, plants and coffee tables. Its just a pity the rest of the hotel is dated and scruffy. There are no kettles in the rooms either which we didn't know until we got there.

We recently stayed for 2 weeks in May. The hotel was extremely clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location too, only a stones throw to the beach. Food was top notch and there was a good choice each day. Would highly recommend this as we thought it was great value for money.

Stayed all inclusive for 5 nights, it is a very well run hotel.
I really enjoyed the food every day, plenty of choice.
Cant understand the previous negative comments.
The local beer and wine was also spot on.
Luis in reception is such a gentleman, very helpful.
Would highly recommend a stay here for people looking for 3 star accommodation on an all inclusive package.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in June 2018, the rooms are very basic, the pool was a decent one (very deep). Staff were very helpful especially a man called Helder, he sorted out a better room for us the 1st time of asking. The Food was ok but you get what you pay for at the end of the day oh and the Beaches are beautiful
