Description: The Restaurant and Pizzeria Lunaelaltro, opened in January 2009, has been restored from an old farm labourer's cottage, belonging to the original family. Many are the traditional elements, but there are also some surprisingly modern touches. To start with, the house proposes a wide selection of aperitifs, with typical seasonal cousine to follow. You can find homemade pasta, grilled meat dishes, from T-bone steaks to sirloin steaks of Angus and Chianina (precious Italian breed of cattle fed mainly with products from agricultural crops that surround the farms, which guarantee full traceability of the meat from birth to the moment of sale). Alternatively there is fried fish and fish dishes. The pizza menu is very varied. You can choose between different kinds of dough made from organic flour. Our wholemeal kamut and oat dough is very popular and contains wheatgerm, golden linseed, olive pulp extracts, and red grape. Simple, natural ingredients that make the pizza more digestible and provide antioxidants that help fight ageing. For those with a sweet tooth there is a tempting homemade dessert menu. To accompany the dishes, there are quality draught beers, which are done by tapping the fall to enjoy more of the product, alternatively there is also a good selection of bottled wines.

What a nice surprise, just a stone throw away from the medieval walls of Marostica and view of the hills in the distance. A nice family restaurant, spacious, cozy and with very good food. Despite the busy day and the crowd, staff is friendly, gives you the required attention, food is served in time and of very good quality.

We were not planning to come here. We were going toward downtown and decided to just try this restaurant as we were passing by. And we were glad we did. the view was awesome and service was magnificent. Very attentive and professional. the food was a surprise. Ordered seafood pasta and the portion was huge. I'd say 40 Pasta and 60%seafood. the pizza was awesome. I had one of those speciality pizza using small farmers produce. I have been in Italy for about four months and this pizza was the best so far. I highly recommend the pizza and swing by if you are in town. this place will not disappoint.

We went for dinner early (by Italian standards @1820) and were the first ones in the restaurant. It is a very nice place, decorated & cozy. Service is absolutely fabulous & friendly! We had 1 liter of house red wine, sparkling water, a mixed seafood appetizer & 2 amazing pizzas plus espresso for a little more than 50Euro. Simply yummy Italian food. One of the best pizzas I have had in Italy lately!!
