Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Staff very helpful rooms very clean and a very good breakfast. One can book the dinner at the hotel. With a little cost of 5 euro a night one can book a paking space in the garage but there is a parking space outside for free.

There are times, unfortunately, where a review has to trend toward the negative.This falls in this category. While relatively new, and clean, the hotel lacks in ambiance and gives a "cold", institutional feeling . While the dinner menu was acceptable, the breakfast menu left a lot to be desired. If you are in to fruit and pastry, or pastry and fruit, this is the place to go There were no eggs of any kind, no meats or cereals . There also seemed to be a lack of sufficient personnel to handle the number of diners.

I stayed here with a group in November. I had a nice comfortable stay. The hotel has a clean, streamlined modern look. There is a breakfast provided in the morning and it’s an easy walk into town. My room was on a side of the building not facing the street and it was quiet.

First, the staff was very friendly and I think tried to be accomodating. That said, our room faced the street. It would not have been a problem if they turned the air conditioning on. But without it, we needed to open the window which let the noise of the never ending traffic permeate the room. The bed was comfortable enough. But the food was just average. We couldn't get a cappacino no matter how many ways we asked for it. Canned fruit for breakfast in this area is dumbfounding.
In addition to having fresh fruit on the large buffet we also have air conditioning which, if not starts if she opens the bedroom window. If he had asked at the reception, she would have had a great time
This clean, simple hotel served us well for our stay in Alberobello. The rooms were clean and updated, and the location of the hotel suited our walking tours. The food was a disappoiintment...leftover breakfast rolls appeared to be put out in the morning (I recognized the same flat ones on the tray two days in a row). The desk staff was very courteous and accommodating, however, and I think, with a little more attention, the dining staff could be improved to be on the same par.
