“Charming with breathtaking views”
Reviewed 14 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

This lovely apartment with its Italian style has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. with its advantage of having views of the mountains and sea, make you feel so relaxed that you just want to stay in to enjoy it more. We loved it. The proximity of the village and its beach makes this apartment ideal to enjoy the Italian Riviera. Elena and Antonella were very cordial and solving all our requests promptly.

“Simple yet charming apartment with a view of the Ligurian Sea”

We recently rented this apartment for a three-night visit to the Cinque Terre and the Levanto region. The apartment, while simply furnished, was charming and sufficient for our needs. The views of the Ligurian Sea (and sunsets) was splendid! Location was quiet and the owners were eager to make sure that we had a most pleasant stay.

We were very happy that we chose Holiday Home Sweet Helen as our base to visit the Cinque Terre and the Portofino Peninsula. We were able to walk down the street, past the Castle, down the stairs and be at the dock to take the boat to the Cinque Terre. So easy! The rental is also located on one of the park's hiking trails (2.5 hours hike to the village of Monterosso).

After visiting the villages of the Cinque Terre we were glad that we chose to stay in Levanto instead. Levanto had much fewer tourists, yet it was a fully functioning beach town with good restaurants, gelato shops, shopping, etc. It is also a quick 30-45 minute car ride to Santa Margarita which is a good jumping off point for exploring the Portofino Peninsula.

Management Response

Egregio Signore,

In italiano inagibile significa quanto segue.
a) strutture orizzontali (solai e tetto di copertura) con navi lesioni che possano costituire pericolo a cose o persone, con rischi di crollo;
b) strutture verticali (muri perimetrali o di confine) con navi lesioni che possano costituire pericolo e possano far presagire danni a cose o persone, con rischi di crollo parziale o totale;
c) edifici per i quali è stata emessa ordinanza sindacale di demolizione o ripristino atta ad evitare danni a cose o persone;
d) edifici che per le loro caratteristiche intrinseche ed estrinseche di fatiscenza non siano compatibili all’uso il quale erano destinati quali la vetustà della costruzione accompagnata dalla mancanza delle parti ornamentali e di finitura del fabbricato (mancanza di infissi, di allaccio alle opere di urbanizzazione primaria, etc.);

Saluti,
Geom. Giorgio Parmigiani.
