Unfortunately, I have received the worst customer service ever, even before visiting the facilities.
I have purchased a smartbox gift experience, checked availability for Le Querce on both websites (hotel and smartbox) and found weekdays availability in September. The first tentative booking was rejected by the hotel due to lack of availability so I decided to phone up and check with the phone reservation agent. He provided me with some available dates for smartbox clients and after a few minutes I tentatively booked for the second time, through smartbox website. Long story short...I have done so 4 times ( on a second phone call I have also spoke to the hotel manager, to explain my frustration) and my booking has been rejected four times, even though the smartbox website showed availability and the manager confirmed the dates over the phone.
I can only think of bad management and poor customer service. They clearly prefer to prioritise direct clients without understanding that I am a valuable customer too.More
