Thank you very much for your comment we very much evaluated this situation. First we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that occurred at check out, we understand completely going to the ATM at this hour is a real hassle. Our Hotel of course accepts all mayor credit cards, all hotel guests pay with card as normal, so when only your card didn't go through after many tries, the receptionist followed the next step which was to kindly request a cash payment, you also did mention to be having problems with your card in Nicaragua . Julien the driver kindly waited with no rush for you to go to the ATM which is 1/2 block from the Hotel . On behalf of all our staff we understand how you feel but please know we where just doing our job. We hope that your stay and experience during the 4 days with us was great ( room, pools, breakfast, staff :) )and in honor of this we kindly ask you to please reconsider your 3 star rating.
