I am not sure what to compare it to, as it's my first time staying in Granada. I came for the Poetry Festival, and this was the only place available. I was happy there. It is close to everything, quiet, safe, and the attendants are very nice and welcoming. It's a little disjointed. The furniture doesn't really match, I don't know how long it's been since everything has been painted. But it was very clean. My single room was very small, but I was only there to sleep, and there was plenty of outside space in which to read or relax. Strong internet. I'm not sure how much other hotels cost in Granada. This seemed a little steep for what was offered, but like I said, I made a very last minute reservation, and was pleased to find a nice, comfortable, quiet, safe hotel.
There were some families there, and they were enjoying the pool. And one couple brought their dog (so I think it's a dog-friendly place). There is also a very nice hammock, and a large garden in the middle that is frequented by birds. It was nice to relax there.
It was a nice experience. Not over the top to rave about, but no complaints at all!More
