Great concept that fails miserably in the execution. Perhaps my chosen stir-fry ingredients were not a perfect combination, but the burnt tofu was all on the chef. After my food was delivered, it was impossible to get the attention of one of the two gentlemen "serving" the rooftop. So I was unable to ask for as much as a glass of water, leave alone commenting on the food or ordering a dessert. Where do the wait staff disappear to anyway? Oh, right, they have to go all the way to the entrance of the building with their clients for payment. And who knows for what else.
In the end you'll have to pay the mandatory 10% for non-service and complaints will literally be received with OMG! whilst the cashier tries to short-change you. Shameful.
The owner, who was having a fine time with guests a few tables over should perhaps rather be assisting his staff. I would have loved to go back for a design-it-yourself roll, but now I'm just wok-ing away.
