At the far eastern end of koh chang, but easy to access. I spent one week there in low season. A beautiful, clean and fostered beach with breathtaking view to some islands and the nearby fisher village. Great place to relax.
Majuree, her friend and the friendly staff did the best to make my stay perfect. Her food is excellent and well priced. Nice guys staying there, easy to get in touch with and often evening meetings with singing, drinking and having fun.
The accomodation is basic, And if you look for just this and don't want to have luxury resorts (you can have them nearby), then this is the perfect place. different types of rooms. I had sea view with aircon. We did not need aircon, just open the window at night, be caressed by the warm sea breeze and listen to the sound of the sea!
I'll be back for sure and hope, nothing will be changed! Keep that little paradise as it is!

Room Tip: just have a look and take your choice!

I really enjoyed my stay at Klong Kloi Cottage! Mayuree, the owner is a fantastic manager. She knows how to run a place and she has a great staff! I wanted to finish my trip with 1 week on the beach and this place was just perfect! If you are looking to party and have lots of nightlife, this is not the place. But If you want to read a book, have great food, relax on a nice beach on a lounge chair and also have a good swim, this is the place. I recommand this place. Kind regards, Marie-Claude from Canada!

We were here for a few nights in March. We loved it here. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are simple and clean. The best is the beach area is wonderful. Koh Chang has a lot of not-so-great beaches but this one is a gem! The owners here have set up hammocks, chairs, benches and even in the hear, it is comfortable to be in the shade by the beach. I would absolutely recommend it here and come back.

We stayed 6 nights with my 3 children. We had a family room with 2 king size beds with nets (helpful as there were a lot of mosquitos), a open air shower room and a little patio with table and chairs.
Basic but ok, very cheap so can't complain.
Klong Kloi Cottage is right on the beach so you can have all your meals facing the sea , it is great.
They have sunbeds on the sand so you can also spend your day there relaxing.

The food is basic but service a bit long, especially when you have children.

Staff very friendly and helpful

The beach is 20 minutes walk from the village or you can take a taxi but I didn't regret our choice as the village doesn't have a beach and not that convenient with children. We went there for dinner or shopping and enjoyed the quietness of Klong Kloi beach the rest of the time
It was a good choice and I would go back there if we decide to visit Koh Chang again.

We just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful tropical beach location. The bungalows are perfect for the basics of any beach holiday with a good sized double bed, fan or aircon and en-suite shower/toilet. The rooms have mosquito screens on the windows so it is easy enough to keep out the mossies and have fresh air in your room. Best to track down the mossies during the day in your room, then keep the door shut during dusk and there should be no need for a mossie net at night. The location is the real deal. Wake up and step out onto your own veranda where you can sit and take in the lush views out over the palm lined sandy beach onto the calm clear waters on the sheltered bay. Swimming is great here - no rip currents and the bay is shallow out to 100m so very easy swimming. The food served from the on-site restaurant is great and you can ask for vegetarian food (which they understand the concept of). They serve fresh coconuts fruit shakes made with fruit and ice (ask for no sugar if you want just fruit). Cocktails are well made and very tasty. The boys that serve and take orders are sweet and really want to provide you with the best experience. The kitchen staff take great pride in the making and presentation of your food. The cleaning staff are lovely. You get 2 free bottles of water everyday too. There are sun loungers and deckchairs right on the water's edge with parasols and tables for drinks. They do a fish barbeque every night and the sunset view from the beach is stunning. This place is a place to relax and unwind from the stresses and strains of your everyday life. We felt completely rejuvenated by our experience here. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Room Tip: There are 5 bungalows at the front of the of Klong Kloi Cottages that are spaced out in a semi circle that have a clear view straight onto the beach. These are slightly more expensive than the 16 bungalows behind these that are under palm trees and more 'in the jungle' than on the beach. Of the 5 at the front 3 have aircon and 2 dont - ask for your preference.
