We stopped by for lunch on a weekend, and were very pleasantly surprised! The cuisine is super-tasty and fresh, and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The baboy appetizer had light and crispy tofu. If you're there for lunch try the "log" with sweet sausage - it is like a breakfast with the side of fried egg and garlic rice, and was wonderful. The plantain "bun" sliders are amazing! (Instead of a bun they use plantain pancake - clever and yummy.). The appetizers are $6-7, and most entrees are around $10, plus/minus a few dollars.

It is less than 1/2 mile from the Amtrak AutoTrain station, on the other side of i-95. If you're looking for great, unique food at a reasonable price and not have to worry about driving all over Lorton to find a bite to eat before getting on the train, this is the place to go.

This is a delightful new Filipino/Latin fusion restaurant. We had the Chicken Adobo and Boripaisa (Puerto Rican style "pernil" pork roast), along with Shanghai Lumpia as an appetizer. Both the chicken and pork had rich flavors and a nice crispiness. The pork was served with deliciously creamy beans, rice and tostones (crispy fried plantains). The chicken was well seasoned, pulling off being both juicy and crispy, and accompanied by rice and a spicy salsa. The lumpia was crisp and wonderful. The modern space was cheerful and clean and the friendly staff attentive, taking time to patiently explain the dishes to relative newbies of this cuisine. There are far too few Filipino offerings in the area and this one doesn't disappoint!

We were a party of four and we had Lumpia Shangaii as an appetizer, Boripaisa (Lechon Asado), Chicken Adobo, the Corner BBQ, and Pinakbet as entrees. For desert we tried Halo-Halo and Mango Floaties..
The food was great, the service excellent, the owner very friendly, and the cook stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking.
The restaurant is not fancy, it is adjacent to a Comfort Inn, easy to park, and is open T-W-Th-Fri-Sat 11am-2:30pm and from 4pm-9pm. Sundays from 10:30 am to 2:30pm.
We are going back very soon to try other plates.
