We were having some issues on our road trip, there had been some injuries, nothing major, but an annoying way to start. And suddenly , we were practically in the middle of nowhere and hungry, approaching Culpeper. We absolutely did not want to hit a fast food joint. SO we literally picked it off a list of nearby places, but are so glad we did.
The wait was short as luckily there was an open table. The tables turned over at a good pace and there were both indoor and outdoor options for seating. The truffle oil/Parmesan was very evident on the fries we ordered to munch while our lunches were being made.
Especially outstanding was the chicken and waffles from the brunch menu, but really everything was good. I was happy I could order my burger medium rare, but what's more, it actually came that way. Most of all everything tasted fresh and not processed and we were all quite full very quickly.
A few points that might be helpful to others - The chicken and waffles for the brunch are different than the chicken and waffles on the regular menu. Also for those who prefer an NA beer, the place has Kaliber, which is an NA from Guinness, so at least you won't be stuck with a Becks or ODouls if you choose to go the NA route.
