You can always rely on Marriott to provide a good place to stay. The room was clean and well decorated. We stayed in a two room suite and one TV didn't work. The TV was repaired the next day. For our trouble, they gave us some frequent stay points. The full kitchen was nice for cooking a meal. One minor design problem in the kitchen was that one has to open the oven door to be able to open the draw with the utensils.

Very impressed with this hotel. Brand new suits, fully equiped kitchen, super nice set up. The staff are over the top customer service oriented. My only gripe was each day, for the 6 days I was there, I asked that they fix the broken jacuzzi but each day I was told "yes we know it needs to be fixed" and it never was. Otherwise I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: My 4th floor room was above the outdoor hang out area and with the windows open was very loud.

My family has traveled to Florida from NY and stopped at a couple Residence Inn locations and this one doesn't disappoint as the others we stayed at. Well kept and quite night sleep. We only stayed one night and saw there were some renovations going on in the lobby, but wasn't a huge disturbance. Our room was a one bedroom suite and had everything we needed to feel at home especially traveling with 2 toddlers. Thank you.

Residence Inns are the best hotels. Big rooms with a great sized kitchen area. Breakfast was good and complimentary. Location was right near the highway to pretty easy access in and out, but you never heard any of noise from the highway. Plenty of parking on premises. Wifi was decent, but when everyone was back at the hotel, it was unusable.

Housekeeping...The mirrors by the bedside had an inch of dust on them when we arrived and was still there when we checked out. Housekeeping never came one day and we were out early and back late in the afternoon. Front desk was quick to take away used towels and replenish with new towels, but no reason given why we were missed.

Not a bad place to stay. Hopefully the issues get worked out.

Room Tip: There are rooms with King beds only and others with multiple beds. make sure you ask!

Spent one night and will never spend another. Hard to find because it's not on a main road and google maps has them in a different location. Desk staff totally disorgainzed - they went through multiple rooms before they decided which one to actually give us. No idea how long we stood at the desk while they tried to figure it out. The room was not clean - it literally had a used bar of soap and half bottle of shampoo in the shower when we checked in. They are under renovations and picked a carpet for the halls that make it very difficult to roll a suitcase to your room. It's a hotel for pete's sake. How do they think people are getting their luggage to the room? The only reason I didn't rate it worse is because the bed was comfortable. Bottom line - pick someplace else.
