The service is nice, the staff are nice and the rooms are allright. its pretty god for whatever you really need it for. i used it for going to a con. no continental breakfast but they have some great grab and go breakfast options. a laundry and kitchenttes.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are the best imo

I normally do not like to write bad reviews for places but I cannot keep quite about how horrible this stay has been. Our room has had a horrible ant problem the since we got here that has not been fixed. Then after booking our hotel and paying a week in advance we leave for the day and come back to find our room is flooded. I understand that happens at hotels but when it does they usually move you to a new room. So when we went to the front desk about our issue the manager acted like it was no big deal and they were not going to do anything about it. Finally after all of that we were told that we would be given two single rooms until the issue was resolved. That never happened. We are still stuck in the same room that flooded. So after still dealing with these issues at around 3 AM the night before last the fire alarm started going off. So we go out to check what is going on. My husband checks the closest stair well for an escape route only to see what looks like smoke in it. Long story short there was no fire. Someone took fire extinguishers and set a bunch of them off in the stair wells. The fire alarms went of twice again last night and we were told "something was wrong with the system" We then learned this place does not even have security cameras so they could not even figure out who it was. Now to top it all off AFTER paying for my room until Friday we are being told that they are overbooked and acting like we are going to have to find somewhere else to go. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will not be staying here again!

Good location, restaurants/grocery store/ gas station in walking distance. Employees are 10/10, especially Promita and Haider!! feels like home with friendliness and accommodations from staff are pristine.

Everything was horrible ! The rude owner (? Or manager) just walked around with bare foot! They didn't even clean the reserved room , first we headed to an occupied room and scared the slept man

I have tried many ESA hotels and so far this one is able to handle the not so typical customer needs. Since I am a night worker this requires the staff to change their routine. The Check in staff took extra time to make sure they understood what I needed. The room was very clean and everything was in proper working order.
