Hogans Pub provides many glorious opportunities for satisfying dining experiences. Order a hamburger and it comes on an expertly baked brioche bun that is firm, but light and fluffy as a cloud. The hamburger's garnish is a crisp green Romaine leaf with a tomato slice looking like it was lifted out of a gourmet cooking magazine. The side salad is just beautiful with soft greens, baby spinich, and colorful bits of tiny carrots and sweet onion. Get a side of the best French fries in all of Vermont! It is a very generous side with enough for two. The ice tea is made to perfection and can be ordered sweetened or unsweetened with lots of choice lemon slices. Bar drinks are top rated. For a refreshing beer that you seldom see, try the non-alcoholic Buckler made by Heineken in Holland but super fresh here in Hogan's Pub. Table service is fast, fun, and smart. Servers are swift and careful. "Nugget" is great and so is Elle. In the kitchen Gary is both a culinary genius and a magician. Gary turns out great food every time. The panoramic view is a world winner. So go and have fun!
