We ate here on a Sunday night early in the ski season. My spouse had the fish special and I had the pork tenderloin. We ordered a bottle of the red wine on special. Everything was delicious and well prepared. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the company ot Tom, the bartender and other guests. Very reasonable prices. We will return for another dinner when we are in Stowe again.

Thank Sager

Better make a reservation, very small, but quaint. Clears out after 8:30 or so. Had the venison flank steak, perfectly prepared, nice ragout of mushrooms/potatoes. Wife had salmon, also really well done. crabcake app, top notch.

Harrison's is our favorite spot in Stowe...The atmosphere is great as well as the people....oh yeah.... then there is the food!
They are consistent in their quality and presentation...wide selection of beer and wine....
When in Stowe...make sure you visit Harrison's....
Just make sure I am not going there to eat!

Harrison's was indeed a great find!! Nestled under a ground level store, Harrison's offered great food, amazing service as well as good vibes!! The meatballs special as well as the lentil/kale/bacon soup were great. Our server was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit Harrison's again on our next visit.

I'm going out on a limb here. I'm a local, I love dining out, and Vermont has probably more than its fair share of exceptional dining options. But even in this pack, Harrison's stands apart.

First, let's talk food. The food is GOOD. I mean, in my experience, you cannot make a bad ordering choice there. The menu is eclectic, with options for a variety of budgets, and it's just extremely fresh, well-made and inviting food. We're not talking vegetables you've never heard of, or surprising taste combinations, both of which have their place. But at Harrison's, we're talking just extremely delicious food. Special enough for a special occasion, homey enough to please everyone in your party. Comfort food for a discriminating palate.

Atmosphere: Warm and cozy, to the max. Vermont casual, of course.
Service: Exceptional without snootiness. Attentive without intrusion. Just plain nice!
Blue Cheese martinis: YUM.

Reservations are essential. This place is very small. As you're led to your table, you instantly feel part of an elite crowd. Perfect for an anniversary, significant birthday, or just when the folks are visiting from out of town, and you want to be sure they have a wonderful dining experience.
