We went to Flannel's for dinner for the first time. We found Flannel through a web search, most of the reviews were great so we gave it a shot. The menu had a variety of options and all of the offerings look great. We were spoiled by the waiter and waitress. Dinner and desert can only be described as perfect. Flannel was a great find and we will return soon!!!!

Wonderful menu, with lots of choices. Food was also excellent from Flannel for room service. We will definitely be back again.

What a huge disappointment when we were escorted to the basement where the buffet was set up, no views and a huge sad room.
The turkey was cold and had obviously been cooked several days prior to thanksgiving, the green beans looked horrible, the gravy was cold and not enough to cover a small amount of stuffing, the seafood was just okay and the cheese board was horrible. Everything was obviously prepared as cheaply as possible. Service was good, our server replenished our water often and cleared our plates quickly.
I actually saw several people walk away angry when they saw the setting.
How can this establishment expect people to return when most of us were visitors who were told about the great views and the wonderful thanksgiving buffet? A good way to scare many of us away.

We were looking forward to eating here as it is the premier restaurant in the resort. It was quite an underwhelming experience. Our server was fantastic but she was , unfortunately overworked. It seemed she was waiting on just about every table in the restaurant. We waited an extremely long time for our food and when it did come the stark was overlooked so we had to wait again while another was prepared. The manger did come over and apologize, sent us a round of drinks and a dessert but it didn't change the fact that the staff was overwhelmed, food poorly prepared and disappointing. We might try it again if it looks like there is more staff on hand

The people here were extremely friendly at all times of the day (early for breakfast and throughout the day). The food was also so fresh and delicious! In addition, they were so accommodating to the people I traveled with. They have a lot of dietary restrictions, and everyone here was so friendly and willing to accommodate.
